Located conveniently right off the US 60 in the East Valley, Superstition Springs is one of Arizona's most popular golf destinations, and a favorite among locals. Playable from as much as 7,000 yards, the course can be challenging for low-handicap players, and still player-friendly from the middle tees. In the design of Superstition Springs, course architect Greg H. Nash sculpted the existing topography to create extensive and striking mounding, expansive bunkers, and a variety of attractive yet strategically-placed water features. When finished he had fashioned a course that was at once beautiful yet challenging enough to be recognized by Golfweek as one of "America's Best Golf Courses" in 1992, '93, and '94.
